No real job ever requires you to pay money upfront for anything!!! That is always a scam. Read www.scam-job-emails.tk
I got in touch with someone who said they wanted me as a nanny but i was tobpay 350£ for my application forms then they can start pricessing my visas. I was told they would process my visa ... air ticket .. medicals and all but i could first pay for that form and that my would be employers have no mandate to do that for me.
However i havent done that yet.

Sir why only now? I almost waiting for your response why only now. I already give my 10,000php. These guys are not based in the UK, they are scammers from the Philippines, their email content is obviously not written by an English person and they claim that you can get a visa for the UK without passing the relevant IELTS exam which is complete nonsense, I know because I personally have got a visa for my wife from the Philippines as well as I've worked for numerous companies that have gotta people over from various countries including the Philippines and a IELTS pass is legally required before applying for the visa, whether its a work visa or a settlement visa. These people need to be stopped, they are not English and they are not based in the UK!
I have also in counter this situation Mr Miguel glen, he ofer me that position.he told me he refer me to the agency .may I know if his not scammer
