is it legal?? or Fraud??
I'm Maryel-Jena de Leon , Id Like to consult about my my direct employer. Her name is Mrs. Maria Ward. We emailed and she told me that they are interested in me as a caregiver for their children. She ask me some questions..one of the question is You are to shoulder 50% of the processing cost of your traveling documents..Do you agree with this? I answered ( I am willing to shoulder the 50% processing cost of travelling documents ,if you are to reimbursed it after.)After I emailed to her my answer she replied the terms and conditions of my job as a caregiver and introduce me Mr. Ravi Khosla a immigration lawyer who is a solicitor with chevron oil company as she said. He will be the one to explain further and assist me on steps i need to take in arranging for my travelling documents, I emailed him, I told him that i am the one who's applying for Mrs. Ward family as a caregiver. And the day after he replied that he wants me to forward my confirmed full contact details, residential, telephone both home and mobile, and scanned front page and data page of my passport. and they will be the one to arrange for a permit visa, proper job security papers, Insurance. And they expect for their professional processing and document procurement service charge fees must be paid before they can start processing my coming to UK with a fees of 750 pounds. He said that my payment can be made by western Union Money Transfer.
Receiver information:
Name: Ravi Khosla
Address: 11 Great Cumberland Place London, W1H7AL
Amount: 750 pounds
He said that I should scan the western Union payment slip indicating Name of Sender, City/Country Mtcn.

What should I do to know if it is fraud ? please help me...

Thank you very much.

God Bless
