My daughter work at Malaysia for almost one year and she would like to break the contract because of many reasons that is not included in the contract which is unfair. She don't even have day off at all. She worked in that employer like a slave.
As a mother i just wanted her to go back home in her family. Can she break the contract? how if the employer doesn't allow her? Can you help? I will buy her ticket for Philippines.

Irereklamo ko lang po yun MELROSA LOGISTIC,Abwat po sa aming mga BALIKBAYAN BOX,my binitawan po sila salita samin ng 1buwan at 1 linggo po makakarating na yun mga balikbayan box namin sa pamilya namin,Pinadala po namin ang aming balikbayan box petsa (february 9 2013)until now po wala pa po yun mga balikbayan box namin sa pamilya namin,andun po mga gamit para sa eskwela,ilan beses na po ako tumawag at nagtext kaso dedma lang po ako ng mga staff nila,halos murahin ko na po sila kaso di po talaga sila nag uupdate samin..almost 4months na po yun balikbayan box namin.marami po sila palusot skin keysa daw po tinakasan sila ng mag dedeliver ng mg kahon,at wala daw po sila mailabas ng pera para ideliver,, hindi nila sabihin ang toto sakin kung aan po talga yun mga balikbayan box namin,,
Sana po matugunang ninyu po eto aking problema. at kung ano po yun pwede ikaso sa melrosa logistic dahil sa danyos na ginawa nila.eto po aking email jrkulapo@yahoo.com...maraming salamat po sa inyo
Nagwowork po ako s malaysia,bali umuwi ako s pinas noong may 17,2013 pra magbakasyon ng 3weeks.kaso po noong may 21,2013,ay nasunog po ang aming bahay.wla po kming naisalbang gmt,at kasama po doon ang lahat nang papeles ko na gagamitin pabalik s malaysia..ksma na po doon ang OEC ko..bago po ako umuwi ng pinas,ay kumuha po ako s malaysia noong may 7,2013..ngayon po naasikaso ko na ang lhat nang mga papeles ko na nasunog maliban po doon s OEC ko.Pagpunta ko po nang POEA,hindi daw po ako pwede kumuha nang panibagong oec,pero ayaw nila ako bigyan nang certification..sabi nila,hintayin ko daw ang Phil. embassy na ibigay ang OEC NUMBER.kaso po ayaw nila makipag cooperate..yun na lang po ang kulang ko..sabi kasi nang POEA dito na iva-validate pa daw nila yung mga papers ko,at antayin ko nalang daw ang tawag nila.. pano po yun,sa june 7 ,2013 na po nang umaga ang flight ko..ano po ang dapat kong gawin?sna naman po makipag cooperate po kau jan s mga taga POEA dito s Philippines..
Hello poh,nagwo-work po ako sa isang resort dto sa tioman island.waiter po ang cnabing work ko tapos housekeeping po ang binigay na kontrata ko.hindi ko pinirmahan kc waiter po ang cnabi sa akin.nakiusap ung manager ko na temporara lng ako sa housekeeping.after 2 months,ililipat na nya ako sa restaurant kaso hndi pa ako inililipat.kinausap ko po sya sa bagay na to pero hindi nya cgurado kng olilipat nya ako.ano po ang nararapat kng gawin?sana matulungan nyo po ako....

A former helper whom we already considered as part of our family is now in Kuala Lumphur, working as a domestic helper.She called me up and informed me that she is sick (that is, she is suffering from "manas" on both hands and feet) and could hardly work. Her employer however does not want to allow her to go back to the Philippines even if we are willing to pay for her plane fare. her name is ENGRACIA COLIDANG and her employment agency here in the Philippines is Prime Opportunities Inc in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
