Unable to contact Philippines Embassy in KL
I am trying to reach the Embassy of Philippines in Kuala Lumpur for past 2 days. Nobody picks up.
Emergency number is unreachable. How should I contact VISA office?
Can you please help?

Dear Sir, I am Bangladeshi Passport holder. Now I am studying in Malaysia. My friend is working in Manila. For this reason i want to visit the some charming & relics places of Philipine. But I need Visa. How can I get visa as tourist?
