Hi I am Ms. Liberty Pagar living here in the Philippines.

I want to seek your help in finding my brother Leo Estrella, 44 years old. He left Philippines to Hanoi Vietnam in December 2013. Last information i got about him is that he is working with Alliance One Apparel Co. with address in Giao Long Industrial Park B1-B2-B5-B12 lot Ben Tre, Vietnam. Tel # +84 753 612 113.

We don't have any communications with him for almost 2 weeks now.

expired passport in 2 months
My Philippine passport will expire on November 2013. I renewed my passport in Vietnam but still didn't get it because I went for an emergency vacation in the Philippines using my old passport. I am working in Vietnam. Can i go back to Vietnam even my passport will expire in 2 months?

Separation Pay.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Bernardo P. Habawel, working in one garment factory here in Binh Doung Province, Vietnam. My employer issued me a Working Permit and a Temporary Residence Permit which are valid until October 1,2015, but my employer wants to terminate my working contract. I started working here since January 7, 2013, 2 yrs and 8 months already.

I just want to know if I can demand for a separation pay, since they are terminating me without a valid reason.

If I am entitled to it please can you give me a formula to follow, so I can show to my employer.

Passport earlier renewal
I would like to inquire, if i can renew my passport earlier this year although my passport expires on May 12,2015. The reason is, for the temporary residence card for 3 years. I have been working in Binh Duong province Vietnam for almost 3 years now . I have a working with temporary residence card which will expire in Sept 07 2013.They want to renew my temporary residence card for another 3 years. My concern is that my passport can renew earlier this month. Is it possible for me to renew my passport at the Philippine Embassy in Hanoi? Don't I need to go back to the Philippines to do it there? Please kindly advise me on this matter because I need to submit my new passport end of this month.. If I can renew my passport earlier for my 3 years work contract and temporary residence card.
