I have a friend here in Germany, and she is came with her Son here in Germany. A Filipino child. She married a German Man, is possible that her Filipino child maybe embassy give a deportation to her child?

Can i ask a question if where can we make our votes for this coming 2016 election as absentee votee and we are seafarers and we are in line in hamburg weeklyvand could it possible for us vote here in hamburg?
