Where are the staff?
Why nobody answers the phone at guanzhou consulate? How can we contact them? How can we ask for service? Do we always have to go to the consulate even just to inquire?

Missing Friend
Hi. My name is Sean. I have a girlfriend who was suppose to fly to Canada on March 24, 2014. Her flight was at 9:50am on Dragonair to Hong Kong she was not on it. I receive a call latter that day a lady said she was hit while walking to the airport by a vehicle and may have serious injuries. They ask for money for a deposit on surgey. My girlfriend is a Philippine national. She is all alone and has no family there. I had no communication with her since Monday at 7am. I phone hospitals but no luck. I contacted one hospital and was lucky to find one man trying to help and he talk to police I think at the airport and I gave him all the information I could about her including picture.I am so worried about her I have no where else to turn to as I am in Canada. What can I do.
