Rosedella Puebla Sioc
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Victoria Puebla-Isbell. I live in Florida U.S.A also working full-time at the State Attorney Office 9th Judicial as a support. I wrote you because my family in the Philippines informed me that my older sister is working in Sudan but they have no idea what the address because the agency did not give Rosedella the address before she left Philippines.

I have informed the “http://sudanconsulate-phi.com” in regards to the situation of my older sister Rosedella that at that time she was working at Sudan. She returned to the Philippines last year2012. However, the same agency sent her back again to Sudan to work.

I have no problem with if she was working with in the Sudanese people. However, the employer should be able to informed her location and give her at least a contact number so we are able to contact her and her family in the Philippines can talk to her.

Please kindly check my older sister Rosedella Puebla Sioc. I suspected she was being trade-in with Sudanese because the employer send her back in Sudan without telling her the exact address. Also she is not able to call her family because she has no phone. Pleas advise the agency.
Here I can only provide you her full name Rosedella Puebla Sioc, please find her in the immigration profile using her passport. Also she had called me twice December 2012 using someone else phone number 249-99-128-3405 and 249-91-296-1446. Thank you for kindness and help to resolved this problem.
