I got my non-immigrant B visa in the Philippines but I couldn't be permitted to go out of the country due to my lack of documents like my contract authenticated by the Phil embassy there in Thailand.What shall my employer do to get that requirement?

i'll arrive BKK on this month 20th,i already bought the flight ticket for leaving BKK on 23th,i'll go to the office for visa on 21th,so can i get the visa on 22th?coz my flight is the early morning on 23th ,thanks for reading .
