I'm currently living in Adana turkey and I need NBI for my visa.Do I need to get form from the Philippines and bring it there or do you have already a NBI form?

Im leaving here in Adana and we had already marriage contract here in turkey i want to apply marriage contract papers come from our embassy. what papers need to bring to apply this contract. My son is 6 months old and i want to apply passport for him what papers also to bring. My passport is expiring this May 2013 what papers need to bring to complete all this requirements. Thank you for concern and information you will send to me. and last thing we have a plan to visit my sister in Ireland with my son only can you please give me advise or papers need to prepare for tourist visa. thank you and also may i know how much it cost for marriage contract, passport for my son and my renewal of my passport thank you very much...God bless...
