pls I want to know if the student visa fees for a Nigerian going to Philippines to study will be paid in Abuja because the information I got is that it will be paid in Bureau of immigration manila then they will notify the Nigerian embassy for visa. Pls I need more clarification because the school semester is near. And how much does it cost?
