Terrified Dogs tied Onto the Backs of Bulls in Bullfights
Bonjour, I am very upset and shocked to know that this practice is common in Peru. Please open the following link. It is a petition asking the government to stop this practice. Understand me that this is arcadic and very bad taste to sacrifice a bull in 2016 and even more with an animal tied on his back. You know, long ago, some people sacrifice humans. This practice has been stop for good reasons then, why continue to sacrifice animals? I hope you will put pressure on your government in Peru.
Thank you for your understanding and consider my message.
