Dear Sir/Madam
I am a student currently studying here in the University of Perpetual Help System Delta, las pinas city, Philippines and would like to kindly ask for information about passport extension.
my Passport will be expire on the 20 May 2019, therefore i would like to seek assistance from you on how to go about to extend or renew my passport whilst staying here. i believe it would be quite expensive if i rather choose to go back to PNG to renew my passport.your respond will be highly appreciated.

PORT MORESBY PAPUA NEW GUINEA
You have to engage private agency to get your PCC from PNG, there is no other way once you left PNG.
We are thankful to PNG Development services (local agency) and got our PCC from RPNGC, PORT MORESBY, also you need to be patience it takes 2 to 3 months.
Hope this would help you.
