I applied for renewal of passport online before two months, after 15 days i received mail from Zain & Muhammad Javed for submitting documents again, i submitted required documents via mail, after i did not receive any mail regarding my renewal of my passport. After i sent an other mail regarding renewal of passport, then i received mail from mumtaz azeem in which he attached list for concerned embassies on 8.3.2017. But i do not know where is renewed passport. Because I have to go Pakistan for vacation.

I'm seeking for your attention as for the lack of system in your consular office in Jeddah, I'm a Saudi and married to a guy with a Pakistani nationality, and unfortunately I was not happy with the improper system that you have, Second thing is ,
My husband is about renew his Pakistani ID and people who's working in consular keep sending us to the manager and his name (pardon me if I'm wrong) Mr. Rama Shir khan babar,
When we reached to the second floor to the managers office to meet The Respectable Mr.Babar and who seems to be free at that time, He sent me and my husband out and told us to sit outside, which I understood that we have to wait until we are called, then locked office door when had stepped outside the office, 5 minutes passed he came out of his office with his things , we stood up and asked him, are you about to leave, without answering and a glimpse to us, he walked in hurry towards the stairs and went down without looking at us.
Seriously. Who Would like to be treated like that?
And office staffs are sending us to places which they never really know what were the purposes that we are there.
Your staffs don't listen to people.
And like me and my husband, and other people who are waiting in the line for a long time, who are coming from far distance and different cities.
Looking forward for your prompt attention on this matter.
Arabic world Translation (Stop The work) At Maktab al amaal sight. My iqama Number is not showing any thing like trafiq vilation and any other thing. I do a visit at jawazat Jeddah office from hare i get this information its meaning same like haroob. My iqama is late not renew. My kafeel take the money from me but not renew. Later he says me take nakal kafala or final exit but both things not acceptable for me. so please you give me the way from stop the work will remove.

Why officials of the consulate completely failed to locate an eighty years old Abdul Ghafoor Khan despite lapse of more than SEVEN MONTHS who went to saudi for religious obligation i.e. Hajj?
Salam , My Kafeel lost my passport . I want to go back Pak on final Ezit. Can I get outpass so how ?how much time consulate want to issue me a outpass ?? And what documents required .
