I am accountant and having 14 years work experience with different concerns from Pakistan. I am looking for job from Last four month. disrespectful employees
I attempted to receive a visa from this Chicago office, I sent in all my documents including employment verification, photo ID, passport, sponsor letter, sponsors id front and back and fee. I also included a medical clearance for swine flu, a printout for the guesthouse I would be staying at and my sponsors employment verification letter. I inquired as requested via email 6 times, with NO response from the embassy. Finally I got a hold of the Consul General secretary, Maliha Khan, only to be told I needed further documentation, and that an officer called me.. (when I received no such call) because I needed further documentation, when I asked what she would not tell me, she simply stated call at 2:30. AT 2:30, Ms Khan informed me I needed me of the additional documentation, which I provided along with my flight itinerary. I had a flight scheduled the 25th of January. ( a fact I informed the office of all along.
) No one called me, emailed me or anything for 3 weeks, despite my repeated attempts to get information. I was told NOTHING until it was too late to get my visa before my flight.(the additional document reached their office on the 15th of January)
I also was repeatedly hung up on when I did call. I am unsure now whether I will even get a visa, and I am unsure of how to rearrange my flight, or if I even should reschedule it. I am trying to be polite and understanding, but the total disregard for me or my desire to obtain this visa is frustrating. The disrespect I am shown is astonishing.
