Nadra renewal
I have been trying from early last year to get an online appointment to renew my elderly parents and my own nadra card renewed but no online appointments available.

If the pakistani government can not run a small consulate office satisfactorily then no wonder the current state of Pakistan.

We can't even copy best practice never mind set standards of best practice.

Allah Hafiz of Pakistan, the people in charge have done their best to bring Pakistan to its knees.

Take Note!
I have read many comments on here, mostly relating to sheer frustration with regards to the "Appointment System". I must say as a fellow Pakistani, Im also extremely appalled with the service being provided by the consulate. The website has been down every time i have attempted to use it, the helpline should be named as a waste of time line, as no one answers.

Its fantastic news that the Consulate has finally moved to a new building, which now offers disability access and you do not appear to be walking into the dark ages, however a new building does not resolve the lack of customer service being offered! I actually feel sorry for the staff their, as they are working long hours, poorly trained and im assuming are given strict orders and are not allowed to deviate from these instructions.

We should have a simple system on line which is transparent and fair for all.

PS.. When you finally are allowed to use the online system, why on earth are you being asked immediately for payment? once payment has been taken your on your own if you come across a problem!

SUMMARY
PAYMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN AT THE END OF THE PROCESS!

INVEST IN YOUR STAFF AND TRAIN THEM BY PROFESSIONALS FROM A SIMILAR FIELD, LEARN FROM GOOD PRACTICE AND OTHERS.

INVEST IN YOUR CALL CENTER, THREE RINGS AND EVERY CALL SHOULD BE PICKED UP.

REDUCE APPOINTMENT TIMES.

FINALLY TAKE ON BOARD CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, NOT JUST THE POSITIVES BUT ALSO CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

I await eagerly for new improvements to be implemented promptly. Peace!
