STOP KILLING WHALES NOW
My parents are Syrian citizen ship and they are american green card holder they live in Chicago do they have to make the interview in new York we cannot do it here in Chicago
1. I am a USA citizen and passport holder
2. My wife is a Thai citizen holding a USA
ID card (green card) and a Thai passport.

Good Afternoon:
I would like to find out information relating to what procedures one should follow to request consideration to your government (Norway) for human rights related matters which for confidentiality purposes, I shall not details via this post.
History (Brief): Last year I was in a coma and have been experiencing inadequate services here within the States after discharge on a number of matters. I have researched your government and found out that you are rated extremely highly in the human rights area for your citizens and have a stable economic picture.
