I had been calling the Nigerian Embassy for about a month, nobody answers the phone but the security guard himself only, when I ask about the people in the office, his standard answer is, the employees have not arrived. I usually call every hour from 10a.m to 3pm. Would that mean there is no personnel around at the NIGERIAN EMBASSY IN MANILA?
