Dear Embassy Officer,
I was offered a job in Nigeria Oil & Gas company and was contacted by Barr. Joseph Uwandu who claimed to be the O&G company immigration lawyer tasked to process my working STR Visa, however I was asked to buy THE EXPATRIATE TRAVELERS INSURANCE POLICY (ETIP) from Nicon Insurance PLC.
Could you kindly advise if this is another scum in Nigeria?

I'm looking for a job for a friend who is a Nigerian citizen who want to work here in the Philippines. He is a college graduate with an accounting degree in Nigeria.
