Good Service
The Nigerian High Commission has improved over the years. I have been going to nigeria for a very long time now. I am happy to say that the service had definitely improved compared to a few years back. In 2006 while i was at the embassy the staff were not as polite, and the surrounding was not very well kept. However i have been to the embassy of late and i see things have changed especially by them bringing in the new high commissioner. She has also helped established a connection with Zambia and Nigeria.

Nigerian VISA's from Lusaka
The services of the Nigerian High Commision in Zambia are pathetic. The Consular takes for ever to approve a VISA.They claim it takes 5 working days yet it takes up to a month. They do not explain when there is a problem on your application but let you follow up constantly. The process is tedious and rather insensitive. No one wants to be an economic refugee in Nigeria we just want to do our business and head back.
