Why ?
Why are people scamming ?
Why are people into drugs?
Why are people into prostitution?
Why are people into anything illegal?
Because Malaysia will not let the foreign students work to buy food, clothes, pay bills, or have shelter. Who is the real scammer? MALAYSIA!!!!!!!

Injustice
I have visited Malaysia twice for a month and am appalled at the way Malaysians treat overseas students. What country lets a student come to their country, takes their money for the studies and does not allow them to work to provide food, clothes and shelter? Woe until Malaysia for treating the foreigner with such cruelty and harshness. Your day will come and as for the Nigerian Embassy why are you not fighting for the rights of your people in this foreign land. Not all Africans are scammers, drug dealers, or into prostitution!!! God save the African people in this nation of Malaysia, I call the heartless nation! God have mercy on Nigeria

We have no Embassy
I am really disappointed with Nigeria Embassy and all their members. On the 7 oct 2012,there was a seminar between the comm of police in KL and Selangor, collages, university, lot of Embassy were all invited etc. This seminar was put together to enlighten the public about what the the police are doing to make Malaysia safe also to hear from those people who have one or two complains, alot of issues were raised at the seminar. One so-called man who said he's a rtd army that represented Nig Embassy couldn't raise one issue about what his people are going through in the hands of the police and immigration. His only opinion was to publicly thank the comm of police for issue that has happened to him long time ago, while the representative for Zimbabweans came out to speak on behalf of every blacks leaving in Malaysia on the issue of people going about with their original passport instead of making use of
photocopied one which also signifies they have their originals at home. All was raised but to no avail.Everyone of us who attended the seminar were highly disappointed. This is just to mention but a few cos if i'm asked,i will say we have no ambassador right here in Malaysia..He's just a bunch of disgrace to my homeland. What a shame....

Compiling information on cheating, abuse cases.
It has come to my knowledge the abuse and suffering by Nigerians on Malaysian land. As a responsible citizen I would like to interview and compile stories of mistreatment, abuse or any other forms of negative experiences suffered by Nigerians on Malaysian soil.

While I may not know how to organize a cause around this issue to take effective action against perpetrators at this moment I believe that exposure is the first step towards awareness. It saddens me that so many people suffer in silence in my home country and I am compelled to bring this issue to the attention of mainstream Malaysia.

The journalistic culture in Malaysia is immature and as in the culture of tabloid news all over the world only represent and sensationalize bad news and play that off to the detriment of the rights of those who bear the brunt of biased reporting.

I hope that by sharing your stories with me it will provide some emotional comfort and relief knowing that that your experiences will represent a collective voice that will eventually make its way to mainstream Malaysia.
