Mr Joseph Andy Walton claims he is a photojournalist awarded a Menara Standard Chartered Contract Award Certificatefrom the Malaysian Government on May 5th for 3 weeks. The certificate number is ACP/US 4700-BN-2013,He claims he is stranded without means of obstaining cash to redeem a car that was impounded. Is there any way to verify that this is not an internet scam? Is the contract number legitimate?
I need to know but i have received offer letter from ( SPDC ) mr john ibeh nigeria.please advise and comfamation of the offer but he say needed pay insurance to immagration lawyer( $800 ) before submit the agreemnt.this is true or not?kindly advise and reply for future reference. tq
IM A STUNDENT ,I WORK IN ONE ITALIAN RESTAURANT ,MY SALARY IS 1400 AND I STARTED WORKING ON THE 5TH OF MAY,NOT SHORTLY WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER AND THIS MANAGER CALL ME AFTER FEW DAYS AFTER HE STARTED WORKING THAT I SHOULD DATE HIM BUT I REFUSED SINCE THEN HE ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEM WITH ME AND LATER I STOPPED WORKING THERE DUES TO THIS ROBLEMS ,HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK FOR MY MONEY ON THE 3RD OF JULY I WENT THERE HE ASK ME TO WAIT FOR MY BOSS TO COME I WATED LATER I CALL MY BOSS AND HE SAID HE WONT BE THERE THAT DAY AND ASK ME TO COME BACK ON THE 4TH OF JULY BETWEEN 4-5PM I WAS THERE AT THE EXACT TIME AND I WENT TO THE BARTENDER TO ASK IF THE BOSS IS ARROUND ,THEN HE SAID NO.SO I WENT TO THE NEAR BY SHOP TO BUY CREDIT AND CALL HIM THERE, WHEN HE PICKED I TOLD HIM IM AT THE RESTAURANT NOW WHEN WILL HE BE AROUND ,THEN HE SAID GO TO THE MANAGER ,HE WILL SETTLE YOUR MONEY,I WENT TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID GIVE ME 10 MINS ,NOT LONG HE CALLED ME AND I WENT THERE HE GAVE ME SOME MONEY I GIVE ME RECEIPT TO SIGN THEN I TOOK THE RECEIPT AND GO THROUGH IT ,THERE HE WRITE IT THAT MY SALARY IS 1,300 AND MY BALANCE FOE 18 DAYS IS 739 .THEN ,I TOLD HIM "SIR THIS IS NOT CORRECT BECAUSE I STOPPED WORKING ON THE 20 OF JUN AND MY SALARY IS 1400 NOT 1300 THEN HE TOOK HIS PHONE AND ASK ME IS THAT TRUE UR SALARY IS 1400.I SAID YES .LATER HE TOOK ANOTHER RECIEPT AND WRITE IT AGAIN 1400 AND MY BALANCE 839 THEN I SAID ITS NOT TRUE SIR MY SALARY SHOULD BE 954 THEN HE SAID I DONT HAVE ANY PENNY TO ADD IF YOU CAN NOT TAKE THAT THEN WAIT FOR YOUR BOSS TO COMEI SAID OK,THEN I WAAS ABOUT TO STEP OUT OF THE RESTAURANT WHEN I SAW MY BOSS OUTSIDE BUT HE WAS TALKING TO THE MANAGER THEN I WENT TO TALK TO HIM I WAS JUST FEW STEP AWAY FROM HIM THEN HE TOOK HIS CAR KEY AND WENT OFF THE I SAT DOWN FOR A WHILE AND LATER WENT TO THE MANAGER "I SAID SIR PLEASE GIVE ME THE MONEY ITS OK .THEN HE WAS JUST LOOKING AT ME FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND AGAIN I SAID TO HIM PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME THE MONEY AND LET ME GO ,THEN HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AND WENT TO INSIDE HE GAVE ME THE CASH AND TELL ME TO WRITE MY NAME I ASK ME WHY,HE JUST SAID WRITE YOUR NAME I SAID TO HIM BUT THE MONEY IS NOT COMPLETE WHY DID U WANT ME TO WRITE MY NAME FOR THIS. AFTER HE SCREAM AT ME ,THEN I SAID ITS OK I WILL WRITE MY NAME IF THT'S ALL I WRITE IT THEN I WAS ON MY WAY OUTSIDE THEN HE PULL ME FROM THE BACK THEN I SAID WHY DID YOU PULL ME LIKE THAT THEN HE SAID SIGN THEN I REFUSED I SAID MY MONEY IS NOT COMPLETE THEN YOU WANT ME TO SIGN FOR THIS I SAID NO,THEN HE STARTED DRAGGING THE MONEY WITH ME AGAIN I TOOK THE SLIP AND ASK HIM WHERE THE NEXT I HEARD WAS A SLAPPED ON MY FACE ND HE STARTED TO BEAT ME AND POINT THE CIGARETTE HE WAS SMOKING ON MY FACE THEN I REMOVE MY HILL SHOE ND TELL HIM TO BACK OFF OR I WILL HIT HIM WITH THIS ,I LEFT THIS PLACE AND WAITED FOR MY FRIEND TO COME AND WE WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO REPORT BUT THE POLICE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN THE EMBASSY HELP ME ON THIS MATTER BECAUSE FIRST THEY CHEAT ME AND BEAT ME FOR ASKING WHY!

My problem is the issue of refund. i got admission last year June at Legenda university and January at Ftms college, both in Malaysia. so b4 i got my visa approval from ftms colLege i took me almost 6months, so as i was patiently waiting i got a call from one Abdulgaffar that works at the Legenda college. that their school can get me visa approval in less than 3 weeks. but i should deposit 50% of the fees that's $5000.so after i paid the said amount through my cousin who's Studying there too, so after 5days i got a letter from ftms that my visa has been approved and immidiatly i called the guy Abdulgaffar to cancel their process since they din't even started anything on my admission. so they said i shoild proved my personal account so that they start the refund process. to tell and did 3months without my refund, and a he end things din't workout between me and th other school ftms. now my problem is they dint refund my money upto date that's exactly 1year and my cousinbha graduated, and i've been pressurized at home. i have to say that legenda university are fraud since my refund is't given back to me. please i need your help as you know everyone someday will need the same help. because of this issue were not in good times with my dad for the past 6months,they have no right to hold on to my money Constituitionally. am now in india. tnis my email address iibrahim655@gmail.com OR idrisiug_213@hotmail.com.
