unfortunately the service quality is very poor in (Consulate-General of Nigeria in Jeddah)
1. people been used during the payment of the fees by those agent who are offering online payment service, they pay more than the passport fees to get their payment done.
2. The online payment only accept if the card holder first name and last matched the applicant first name and last name, all around the world people do shopping everywhere using credit card there is a lot of other security verification methods, and you the only guys worrying about credit cards fraud around the world or you want force the people to come through specific channel for your own good.
3. I can't pay fees of my own family online because my wife's last name can't be like mind because it's forbidden in Islam, she is total from other family.
4. the online payment was found to reduce corruptions but the corruptions still continues indirectly in other way by given the priority to the registered agencies, but question do we need registered agencies to let Nigerian in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to get passports.
5. There is no customer service to take calls and and answer applicant's explanations.
6. Thursday is the day of distributing Passports to the applicants, but at most whenever you come on Thursday someone at the gate will tell there is no passports distributing this Thursday, and you will not dare to ask why, it's depending your luck just keep coming every Thursday maybe who knows one Thursday you will get your passport.
7. Your procedures and processes need to be reviewed specially in term of calling all names of issued passports please checking the current served applicant in your system if it's processed OK issue it if it's not give the applicant another appointment for checking, why are you wasting all the time by calling all the names that you have every time.
8. Implement a SMS services whenever an applicant passport is ready send a message.
Implement now serving service let applicants take numbers and wait.
9. and please update your procedures changes put a memo boards both in Arabic and English let people knows what is new how they will act.

Thanks

May I use this opportunity to warns the shameless elders working in the consulate.
I am referring to the so-called "mai Shari'a who is disgracing the consulate by going after little and young girls who come to seek refuge in the consulate.
