Sir,
Please sir, i want to verify some certain things about an Ecowas community, And representing Nigeria in Cotonou as our ambassador.

1. can somebody from Nigeria travel to Cotonou with a visa for the first time.
2. In crossing the boarder can someone pay money to people before he can cross.
3. If a Nigerian is been arrested in Cotonou by the police without any false charges, How can embassy assist the person.
