I will like to apply for my Nigerian Passport here in Germany I am currently living with my German fiancee but we haven't married yet but hoping soon,the address I have on most of all my papers is still the Italian address where I lived before, I will like to know if I can apply for Nigerian Passport here in Berlin despite most of my documents been in Italian address thanks
