In Houston, TX we have so many Nigerians here, and it's really sad that other races have a Consulate for them but Nigerians don't have a Consulate here, when will it become a reality here in Texas. Please get one here soon.

I am 72 years old and getting ready to travel to Lagos to visit my daughter. I have been told that I do need my fingerprints done and that I do not need them done. If I do, do I need to make an appointment at the consulate? Please advise.
