Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to you on behalf of Tabubil Hospital Laboratory, a set-up that advocates on Laboratory EQA for the better health care to patients and having embarked on EQA programme with Pacific Paramedical Training College (PPTC) in major disciplines of Pathology in 2018. We are now registered with the PPTC and are looking forward for the longer term sustainable program covering below areas including;
• Laboratory EQA programme
• Laboratory Capacity Strengthening programme
• Preparing towards Accreditation
• Teaching and Mentoring
What hinders us however is the total cost for us to participate every year in these wonderful programmes which is added cost to our operational cost. It is for this reason that I write to you and proposing for funding support, a similar support as for other Pacific Island Countries through your PNG Embassy to help build our laboratory capacity.
Attached together including for further references are;
1) Tabubil Hospital Laboratory Project Proposal
2) EQA 2018 Report
3) Joined Laboratory Capacity Strengthening Programme Proposal with PPTC
4) EQA 2018 Certificate
5) Work-Load Stats.
I am hoping for your positive reply on this matter. Thank you!
Kind Regards,

NOTE I HAVE SENT THE ABOVE EMAIL TO 'nzhcpmy@mfat.govt.nz'AND WOULD LIKE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS TO FORWARD PROPOSAL TO CORRECT PERSON.
Firstly, would like to thank the New Zealand government for making the commitment to assist Papua New Guinea to expend Electricity throughout the country.
This is an excellent initiative and citizens are seriously looking forward. However most of such Aids given in the past were mismanaged by the government agencies and the outcome never reached whats been expected. This is the biggest challenge any donor agencies or countries must seriously consider.
I would like to propose my opinion for the best interest of the people of Papua New Guinea, this fund for expending Electricity throughout the country should be managed by an independent/neutral body. This body should be consists of electrical expertise from within the country and financial management expertise from the donor countries. This will bring confidence, accountability and transparency to the people of this nation, the government and the donor countries.
I'm an electrical engineer by profession and been doing such Aid funded projects and from my past experiences, I'm mentioning all these. Please contact me if require an electrical engineer for this Electricity Expansion. Email: minaslarry6@gmail.com Phone#: +675 76510630
Thank you.
I am a struggle student who come from Koropata Village in Sohe District of Northern Province. I have completed my Grade 12 in 2016. However, I did not get an offer so I upgraded my failed marks in Flexible Open and Distance Education (FODE) in 2017. I then produced much better results. So far,I have applied to IBS College of TVET and Datec learning center for Advanced Diploma programs and were accepted but I don't have enough money to pay every educational costs. There are lot of educational opportunities I see from todays, but my family at the village don't have enough money to meet those costs and it's beyond their level of living. Nowadays educational costs is so expensive. Please now I am really in desperate need of agent financial assistance from New Zealand Aid to sponsor me. My email: stan.sunana@gmail.com .
