I am a New Zealander starting a job teaching English in Hanoi and have brought with me my original NZ Massey University Degree and I also have the Ministry of Justice Criminal check letter.
I understand I can get these authenticated at the Embassy for use here. Could you tell me how I do this please? Do I just bring them to your office? Do I make an appointment?

Do i need a visa pre entry or can i obtain a visa on entry?

My daughter was born in Wellington in New Zealand. Recently she went back to Viet Nam for visit family and intend to come back to New Zealand in February. But due to our lack of careful we only discover that her New Zealand's passport is will be expired in January 2012. Can you please let me know what I need to do and could you please include the renew passport application form too Please

You must apply for Vietnam visa beforehand and you can not get on board without Vietnam visa.
