Urgent information
Dear Sir,
Greetings!
We want to attend at a conference of Global Collaborative on Design and Nature Action Collaborative for Children. This event will take place on March 11-14, 2015, at the Distinction Hotel in Rotorua, New Zealand. For this reason we are preparing our application form and documents for submission to the embassy of New Zealand at New Delhi. In this regards we are facing some confusion which is given bellow:
• Our spouse and children will not travel with us, so should we include their information and photographs?
• There are two blank pages in the visa application form # INZ 1189. We don’t understand is those usable for us or not?
• We find out NZ visit visa fee 145 USD/8600 INR, Is this applicable for us as we going to attend at a conference at Rotorua, NZ?
• We read in website that, there are needs two Demand Drafts. One for Immigration New Zealand and other for TT Services. It’s not clear that How much for Immigration New Zealand and how much for TT Services?
We are requesting to you please clarify the above questions which is will very helpful to us. This is very urgent for us. For your kind information our invitation letters are attached with this mail.

Thanks with best regards
Md Nayeem
