Dear Sir,

I,Semir Dibu Diyab , born on 10th January 1983, in Amouda Syria, Kurdish Origin,
holding Maltese I.D. Card no. 51983(A), and residing at Rochap, Apartment 9, The
New Street, Hal-Luqa, Malta, living with my wife Ms. Slava Ali Hassan, born on 15th
December 1984, in Amouda Syria, Kurdish Origin, holding Maltese I.D. Card no.
50276(A), and my Four children, Aisha (F) born on 27th December 2002, Aia (F)
born on 08th May 2004, Mohammed (M) born on 09th January 2010, and Yusuf (M)
born on 03th Jun 2011, have been recognised as Refugee in terms of the Refugees
Act, 2000 [Article 8, sub article 3], (Cap. 420) of the Malta on 30th April 2009,
according to the Refugee certificate issued on 29th January 2010, with Index
No.8420/09, 8421/09. And with My Mother Ms. Salha Sheiku Sidu born in 1958 in
Amouda, Syria of Kurdish Origin, holding Maltese I.D. Card on. 50277(A), and
has been recognised as Refugee in terms of the Refugees Act, 2000
[Article 8, sub artificle 3], (Cap. 420) of the Laws of Malta on 30th April 2009,
According to the Refugee certificate issued on 30th April 2009, with Index
No.8424/09.

I would like to inform you that my job is tailor, and in Malta I could not find a job to
can work to help my family for living, and our friends in Netherlands, told us that in
Netherlands I can find a job as tailor because my job is need in Netherlands,
so because of that, and to can work to help my family for survive, I am asking you to
help me with my family to go to Netherlands,

I hope that you will take my application in consideration, and I am full of that
you will help us to go to Netherlands.

We are thanking you for all what you did and will do for me and my family for
surviving.
