Young Expert Programme
I am a graduate with a honors in Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness with experience in horticulture and api-culture.
I personally appreciate your Young Expert Programme(YEP) of training the young motivated Rwandans in specific. This has raised the level of our agriculture both directly and indirectly.Unfortunately knowing the organisations or companies permitted to give out a YEP candidate is still a problem to most of the motivated Rwandans.I think it would be better if we could find these organisations on your website or more easier-to-access media because personally I longed to join the programme but have always lacked a way.WE APPRECIATE YOUR ACTIVITIES IN RWANDA

Dear Sir / Madam,

RE: Letter of intention

We are writing to you in order to express our intention to partner with Embassy of the Netherlands in Kigali , which is committed to “saving eyesight, improving the quality of life, and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities the objective that is in line with the goal that the “Initiative for Refugees living with Disability" (IRD) is determined to pursue.
In fact, IRD is a national non-governmental organization, inspired by compassion for refugees, mainly children, living with disability in different refugee camps in Rwanda. It focuses on four major areas including education, health and advocacy for the respect of the rights and dignity of refugees with disabilities and the socio-economic development of this vulnerable population.
It is worth mentioning that most refugees with disabilities do not receive any specific support in the limited operations of the humanitarian, development and rehabilitation responses of the NGOs operating in Rwanda in the above areas.
Moreover, we are writing to so that together we Embassy of the Netherlands in Kigali may share best practices of improving living conditions and protecting the rights of this population with double vulnerability, discriminated and excluded beyond their physical and psychological limitations in developing countries. We will be very glad to learn from you the guidelines for proposal submission, the range of grants, as well as the annual report providing. We wonder whether you would mind if we followed up this request of ours.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Yours faithfully,
EBENGO MUZALIWA Angelo/ The Legal Representative of IRD-
