5 year Schengen Visa applying from Gibraltar
Hi there,

This is Yue. I’m of Chinese nationality and currently a resident of Gibraltar.

I had my finger prints collected when I went to apply for a French Schengen Visa in May this year. Now I’d like to apply for the 5 year Dutch Schengen visa that was recently released to Chinese citizens. Can I submit my application in Gibraltar since my fingerprints are already in record?
I’d also like to know if the 5 year period multi entry visitor visa is not limited to Chinese located in China? If not, when applying, Netherlands needs to be my first destination country on my travel plan right?

If you can also help me with where and when to submit the application, I’d be very much grateful.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Yue
