If I have to be in the Netherlands (i.e. Amsterdam) for two or three nights only do I need visa, as a Botswana citizen?
I am in Botswana and want to apply for the visa to Netherlands. Where do i go coz I have been applying for it at French Embassy now they said they no longer doing it. Thank you.

I am a South African working in Botswana as a pastor through the Reformed Churches in Botswana. My colleague and I have been invited for a Church synod in Netherlands in October, 2016.
How do we apply for visas and what more shall we need to make it to Netherlands? We are really excited for it is our first trip abroad. We don't want to be disappointed thus we need to know in advance.
