Can non-Argentina citizen apply for Schengen visa
Hello Madam/Sir

I have a couple questions.

I am a Thai citizen from Thailand. As i am in the Buenos Aires, Argentina as a tourist visa.
The question is Can i apply for Schengen visa with the Netherlands embassy or Do i have to apply particularly in Thailand ?
