i had been there in Philippines on visit visa.. it was very simple on arrival visa is granted provide Return Ticket or outbound ticket to other country , Hotel Booking and fund to support during your stay in the Philippines.
for citizen of Philippines is also the same Visit visa to Nepal On arrival.
