It's a damn hell company I ever face in my life. It's very difficult to work where your owner always irritating you while working or you off a duty. I never seen in Mechinery/Engineering company has make shoes, casting, collecting junk materials & many more.
We face this all, but we never complain about it. But, mostly one thing hurt us that thing is money. They are not going to give salary on time as contract maintion. They are only giving us salary as on contract written but overtime money not getting as contract and Malaysia government rules. It's such a f**king company where workers only 8 but our owner feels overload workers. One man working with 3-4 machine but she they wants more work.
Such a useless when you work hard but you will not gonna get money as you think before you come this like company.
This country government cannot help foreign workers. Police like thief where you always have fear inside your heart to go outside.
They give us warning work as they will say to do otherwise we send you back but we cannot claim their company because no gonna listen us. We all have loan & problems which why we came here but who gonna cares that. We have to forget sleeping, eating, visiting,etc. Just work as treat like animals.
Guys its better if you go golf country to work. I know we cannot work on warm & sunny place place but we get a satisfaction on their atleast.
