Hello I'm Mateus Muthmkhulu I was born in South Africa in 1991 and I never get any documents. In 2000 I'm going to mozambique with my family... And studying in mozambique. My mother is married to enacio machava who was born in mozambique,and we are in south africa,it happened that my father rerturns to mozambique for a visit and to fix some papers and permit. unfortunately it happened that he die at mozambique and he is buried there without a coffin and we have been told that they did not do death certificate can my mom get his death certificate from south africa please help.
