Request
Dear sir/madam,
I am Fr. Paul, a Catholic priest; superior of the congregation by the name of The Sons of Divine Providence. I am the superior in Kenya. The congregation is found in West Africa and recently in Mozambique.
The problem am having is that there is a priest from Togo (West Africa), who has been sent by the congregation to go to work in Mozambique, but unfortunately there is no any embassy in Togo and neither is there any consulate. He is requesting to come in Kenya and request for the visa from Kenya. Now my question is, is it possible to get the visa for him from Kenya and what are the requirements.
Please help me understand so that we can help the priest.

Father Paul Mboche,
The Sons of Divine Providence,
P.o. box 15145-00509,
