salam,I live in MOrocco but my fiance live in pakistan and he wants to come to Morocco with a member of his family,will he get a visa or he will face problems in getting it, and if we get married, will he need to request for a visa everytime we want to come to Morcco

Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Islamabad, pakistan doesnt answer calls or reply on email due to shortage of staff and much work.
But they accept all application on same day before 1pm.

I went through this forum first time and notice many of my brothers from Pakistan want to apply for visit visa for Morocco.
Bottom i have given the list of documents required for The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Pakistan!!
-Your original valid passport + copy of the first page with photo + Copy of your legal status in the UK.
- 02 recent passport size colour photos.
- Copy of your detailed provisional flight itinerary.
- Employment certificate issued by your employer in the UK.
For students: copy of a recent letter confirming that the applicant is attending a school.For business owners, copy of the last Income Tax as a substitute of the employment letter,
and a recommendation letter issued by your business partner in Morocco.
- Hotel provisional reservation or notarized Letter of Invitation from your sponsor in Morocco.
For applicants married to Moroccan citizens, a copy of the marriage certificate plus a copy of the Moroccan passport or national ID of the Moroccan spouse can be a substitute for the invitation letter or for the hotel reservation.
- Proof of travel insurance covering at least the period of trip to Morocco.
- last three months pay slips or salary attestation (COPIES )
- last three months bank statements (COPIES )
But my brothers who are interesting to go Morocco and get married there, the rules are not same as in Pakistan.

I am Pakistani national and I want to marry my fiancee from Morocco. She wants to come to Pakistan on visit visa and marry me because her father is not allowing her to marry me in Morocco.
We love each other and She wants to marry me even if her father does not want.

Can a morocco girl marry a Pakistani national in Pakistan without permission of her father?
