I think you should include in your general info (especially in the Visa Section) the days and time (opening/closing) of visa application, then we don't have to call several times because all information are complete. Thank you.

Dear Mexican embassy team in Vienna,

I am Saeid Zamiri Hosseinzadeh, Physics PhD Student at JKU Linz University.
My paper for the Conference on Photorefractive Materials, Effects and Devices:
Light in Nonlinear Structured Materials (PR’11) in Mexico, Enseneda has been accepted.
I would like to participate in this conference which will be on october.
I would like that My wife ,Reyhaneh Jannesari, and my baby, Kiana Zamiri Hosseinzadeh also company me in this travel.
I wanna apply for our visas as soon as possible.
Would you please tell me which kind of documents you need? Or can you introduce me your official website?
Do you need an official invitation letter from this conference?
