Muy Despotas!
El personal de el Consul Mexicano es muy despota. Son unos groseros y lo tratan a uno como si fuera uno una cucaracha! No saben nada de lo que significa el servicio al cliente! Muy desepsionado con mi propia raza!

Very hard to get someone to answer the phone or get an appt.
Hello, I work for a non-profit org, that is to assit Agricultural workers, I have tried to help them with providing them your contact number and no one answers, I've provided the number to some of them to call and they have not been able to get an appt.

I don't know what is going on, but theres a lot that needs to change around there.
for other countries they provide better service, I don't know why services for Mexican are always the worst.

Extremely bad service!
The people who work here are very rude. They need to learn the meaning of customer service and be of help to those who go there.

First at all I don't work for the Mexican Consulate but I can assist you with the information you're requesting. Also you mentioned you are a US Resident, and to answer your question about what do you need to travel to mexico first I need to know, Where are you from originally?
