Renovar mi passaporte

Passport Renewal
I have been calling for the past few weeks to renew my passport and schedule an appointment but there is never an opening is there a different number I can call this is getting very irritating. I need it soon please so I can travel to Mexico in June please help

Lamento desir k nuestro Consulado tiene tan mal servicio , yo tengo aproximadamente 6meses queries do renovar mi passaporte y no he podido conseguir una cita , las primeras 3 veces me contestaron diciendo que lo sentian por que no tenia Dias disponibles y ahora ni sikiera contestan deberas k es un desastre con este Consulado Mexicano k no nos ayuda voy a tener k ir a Los Angeles a renovarlo no lo puedo creer k mal servicio ..

Sending daughter to Mexico with a friend
Kathy Taylor , I do not work for the mexican embassy, but your best choice is to call to the airline your daughter is flying with. You have to write a letter authorizing your friends to take your daughter out of the country. The letter needs to be certified. Be sure to include dates , names country,etc. I took my son's friend last year. Please call the airline things can change from year to year.

Es impossible communicarse con nuestra embajada en Seattle. Yo tambien he enviado fax, y correos electronics y nuncan han sido contestados despues de varios meses de espera, finalmente tube mi cita. La persona que me atendio comento que el numero de Mexicanos en Washington ha incrementado considerablemente y la embajada esta sobresaturada con renovaciones y solicitudes de documents,. En este caso el consulado deberia ofrecer renovar passportes unicamente por 6 o 10 anos. Esta seria una de las mantras de reducer el número de citas relacionado con pasaportes, y asi poder atender a otras personas con diferentes casos. Quiza entonces tengan una persona que atienda Los otros medios de comunicacion.
