January 4 2016 schedule
Will you be open on 4 January 2016? I plan on taking the day off work to renew my international passport on that day.
Please advise what paperwork I should take and the hours of the consulate.
Gracias

humanitarian parole
My uncle is in intensive care and we would like his mom to be able to see him before he is disconnected of live support. We gathered all the paperwork needed for this permit but when we tried crossing at the port of entry her record came up from 6 years ago when she had a visa and was falsely accused of lying. Her passport has a code C 6 . Is there anything she can do be allowed to enter to see her son.

do I need a translator to apply for Power of Attorney ?
On reading the web page instructions for submitting application it requests that I bring a translator if I am not fluent in Spanish. Does the Consulate have translators available for a fee? Thank you
