residency card
I would like to obtain a residency card (or visa) for longer than 6 months. What are the financial requirements and what paper work do I need to bring? How long does it take to get the visa after my first visit.

US Passport needed?
Hi, My son and I are taking a vacation in Mexico and we are flying out of TJ, Mexico to Cabo? Do we need a US Passport to travel within mexico? It is a 7 day trip. The trip is coming up and my son does not have his passport as this trip just came up. I have his birth certificate (he is 11). I tried calling the consulate but no it does not allow for the caller to speak to a live operator.

US Permanent Resident Visiting Mexico
I am US permanent resident however my green card got lost and I received stamp in my passport from US immigration services which is equivalent to physical green card. I left and entered US recently with this stamp successfully.
I am traveling to Mexico with my husband for 4th of July vacation. I wanted to make sure that I can enter Mexico with the stamp which is equivalent to the Green Card. Please let me know whether I need to have additional documents.
