Phone system
It is very difficult to get through to a real person by phone. The info is hard to understand and keeps returning to the original salutation. Please develop a phone system which is more user friendly!

Double Nationality
I am a born U.S. Citizen. My parents were born in Mexico and I am interested in also being a Mexican Citizen aka (double nationality). I found a registration sheet online but, it is from the Mexican Consul in San Antonio. Will that sheet work or do I need one that says Sacramento? I would appreciate a prompt response.

Racism/Discrimination
My Newphew took his family to fish near the Santa Monica Beach. An Police-Office approached them as they wre fishing and asked them for thier ID's. Newphew is illegal immigrant. Police Officer calls DEA to searh his Small-RV. DEA gets upset and leves because they found nothing. He (Officer) also calls CIS and they all get detained. My Newphew has a furniture store in Downtown LA, which his wife also works there. This was totally discrimation/Racism--How can they put a claim against this Officer?

Cancelling Our Cruise to Mexico in December - Yanira Maldonado
As of Today, My wife and I are cancelling our cruise to Mexico in December in protest of the horrible detention of Yanira Maldonado. We will do everything in our power to convince all we know to skip Mexican tourism for their own safety. Really, it was bad enough that we had to worry about driving our own vehicles over the border, now we have to worry about riding on Mexican buses and end up wrongfully thrown into jail??!!! How sad is this state of affairs??!!!
