Hello,
How can I get assistance for a non us citizen that is a minor child to return to Mexico?
The child is now is trouble and has charges for indecent liberties, crime against nature, etc..
What avenues are available for the child?

I am a US Citizen my mother-in-law lives in Mexico
I would like to know if thier is any way that I am able to apply for her visa through the Mexican Consulate here in NC and paying for it I would like her to be able to visit us in August.
I have tried so many times to find out what hours the embassy in Raleigh NC is open. Why can they not post it on their website front page?
It should not be that difficult.
If you are going from the US to Mexico - you automatically are given a 6 month tourist visa at the airport when you arrive. You do need to have a passport. You don't need to go to the consulate to travel to Mexico.
Are electronic cigarettes allowed through customs and in Mexico?
