Good news for Mexico
It seems that ever since Mexican police arrested this American soldier, we have had a large number of statements like "I will never again travel to Mexico" from Americans who believe it's okay to travel to another country and break its laws. It looks to me like Mexico wins out from this situation.

to make an appt
The number to make an appt has had the message of 'All operators are busy, call back later' in spanish and then hangs up. I was trying a couple of months ago to make appt and asked for someone to speak in english and they said call back in the mornings. This is what I've been doing with no luck. 2 years ago I was lucky. I called and and asked for english translator & right away there was someone to help and then made an appt for Sunday. That was great! This time has been very hard to get anyone that can help us.
