I visited this resort about 1 1/2 years ago. Due to their negligence, I broke my ankle in the lobby bathroom from a water filled floor. I have been going back and forth with their advisor and they have promised me a settlement, however I have not heard from them in about a month. I realize the resort does not have an affiliate in the US and therefore makes it difficult to sue…I need to warn others not to visit these types of hotels. Do you have any suggestions before I deal with them via social media?

I have tickets to Cancun for April 14. My passport expires on August 4th. Will I be allowed to travel with this passport even though it expires 4 months after the flight?
