Before Mexico's laws for vehicle registration and license changed [ie. 2006] my husband and I drove our Lincoln Navigator down to Puerto Vallarta where we have a home. Now your laws have changed, we need a special pass from the Mexican govt. to drive the vehicle back to the US from Puerto Vallarta…. Please advise.

I am not Mexican, but I have a lot of my clients complaining of how mistreated they are, without no respect even for the elderly and the services are no good. At the beginning I did not paid any attention but now that I see the web comments they are telling the truth.
It is my desire that this situation change for the benefits of all the Mexicans that need your support.
He llamado muchisimas veses y no contestan, El servicio automaticado es muy rapido y no esta claro, El web site no sirve. Ay que mala onda con este consulado Mexicano, necesito ayuda con consulado sobre ruedas!
Everyone here is very rude and no respect towards the senior citizens. Brought my Mother In Law last week and was told to make an appoitment. I called and after an hour of being on hold i finally got thru.i talked to MONICA CATALAN, made an appointment for today 30 January 13th at 1 o'clock.its been 2 hours now and she still hasn't gotten her passport. They schedule everyone at 1 p.m.it's 2:41pm and still waiting. They don't have a senior citizen line
No sirve este consulado si llamas y llamas y nunca contesta mis llamadas
