need instructions for app. process for dual citizenship for my daughter
My daughter was born here in kcmo when she was 6 months old when her dad was deported back to mexico in 2012. We go there often and since 2012 we have had another 2 babies, both born mexican citizens and only one has dual, he told me I needed to get her birth certificate take to embassy here in kc to add a apostille. So that we can begin the process, my question to you is if I get the apostille and/or start the application process for her dual, would I be able to drive her belongings or ship them to him in mexico based on her application in progress. The poor girl been without her stuff and a steady room of her own. She is 4 now and it been difficult to continue prolonging this matter..
